Closed Cab Door Handles

I have four different styles of closed cab door handles. The first type is chrome and has an ear at the rear and swells at the tip – the second I like it but painted instead of chrome. The third is chrome w/o the ear and is pointed at the tip – the fourth is like it but painted.
