Wolf I fear you are right about the very high cost of repair. However since the guy has a swecond machine he might rebuild one good machine from the parts of two damaged machines. We could do with more photographs showing the actiual damage and to learn the condition of the other Unimog.

I can certainly vouch for the very high cost of rebuilding Unimog axles.
