Those TM or TO's are for the TRC-176 but you have to realize that the radio in there is a RT-1319 and depending on modification a A or B. The mods are for ECCM. As far as the radio it is a 24 VDC radio and it puts out 2w in low power and 10w in high power but that is Peak envelope power. The TRC-176 has a AC input and a DC power cord that is in the lid which i haven't used but it should be 24 VDC because the radio. The 1319 was used in 3 different configurations, AN/TRC-176, AN/VRC-83 and AN/PRC-113 which is the radio with just a battery box. The TM or TO for the radio by itself is 31R2-2URC62-1. If you want the radio repaired or aligned I can do it, most people tend to damage the radio by adjusting power out using a watt meter and you can't without compensating for different power measurements. The radio will over heat very fast when left in high power and keyed.
