No, the HEMTT and PLS rims are not compatible.
Aside from the bolt pattern, you also need to be concerned with the hub size. The M915 series trucks have 24" rims with the same bolt pattern as the 20" HEMTT rims. However, the 20" HEMTT rims will not fit on the front without machinining the hub. I would pull your front wheel off and measure the hub. I think it needs to be 19.5" or less, IIRC.
