I know the issue of NAPA having them has come up before. I however have never been able to get them from the NAPAs in the Richmond area. I think this may have to do with regional issues and transport for them as they are hazardous cargo though. I go to one of the local truck supply stores and am able to get them there though. Lately they have been trying to get me on price though.

Hmmm, it may have to do if the NAPA store is a NAPA Truck Parts store too. Mine here in town is and they have the bottles.

Mine is not a Napa truck store but when I brought the number to them they were able to order them.

Most any auto parts store can order it, this is a very common item. The stuff I bought locally is marked Kat's Engine Starting Fluid made by Five Star Mfg, Springfield TN 888-872-7278.
