I have a extra brand new military 20,000 BTU hot water heater unit that you might be able to modify to fit on your M818. No duct work, just the heater unit and a 24V fan attached. $100

John
we have about 25 brand new original military hot water heater kits still in the boxes with directions and all.
they were originally built for gas 5 ton, but fit any of the M series trucks
hoses will need to be longer, mounting bracket will need to be fabricated, etc
$450, fob our yard. we can UPS
