Default 5 ton under bed tool locker

Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me why some non dropside M54s have a under bed tool locker above fuel tank (i think its a tool locker) and some dont, any reason guys ????

someone stole it? though i only have one 5 ton (which i dont have yet, waiting on EUC to clear), i do have several M35s that all have different accessories. one will have a heater while another doesnt or one will have the 6 wheel air engage conrtrol while another doesnt.

im fairly sure that the previous owner simply took the box off for another truck.

Omega, I think he is talking about how some beds have the storage box built into them, not a bolt on accessory.
