Showing my ignorance, would it be possible to bolt one transfer case to a second transfer case to get more gears and higher top speed without overtaxing the motor/tranny?

I can speak from experience... my current tcase is out of a m52 and it works however the jack shaft and the drive lines are different in strength, so make sure to use your cummins/original ones...
