Maybe this is a dumb question but why so many sealed bids out of Camp Shelby? Also some sealed some not? Why the diff?

My source at Shelby tells me GL got their arse kicked on the last sealed bid sales for the M931's and wreckers........appearently they have a steep learning curve.

I would think the physchological factor kicks in, you bid low because you have no bench mark, when you can see the open bid it might motivate you to pay more if the other guy is bidding up too...
