Default Need Oil Pump For NHC 250 Cummins

I need an oil pump for my NHC 250 Cummins. M812 Bridge Truck. I tried calling John Winslow twice and have not received a call back. A new pump is $3,305 and Clark Truck wants $1,800 for a take off pump that hasn't even been rebuilt. For those prices I can get a great running take out 290 or 350 Cummins and be at the same price or even better. Any help would be appreciated!!!!! Any links, phone numbers, surplus, anybody have a bad 250 that they would part out?
Thanks,
Andy

What's wrong with yours? There's only a few moving parts in them and the parts are still available. They are very, very easy to rebuild.

Were going to have it off tomorrow and I finally found a place that does sell the parts instead of a $3000 plus complete assy!! Most places acted as if this pump was obsolete which is odd since the 855 Cummins block was probably sold in the millions. I'll let you know what I find out on the internals.

When you get prices on the parts, let me know what they are. With P/N's if possible, so i can check their pricing. Texas 5 Ton was told that the fuel shutoff valve was 60+ dollars. Normal retail is 35 dollars. There are alot of people who will charge you way too much, just cause it's an MV. It's not obsolete...just very old technology. i have an exploded view out of the parts manual, I can send it to you if you like.
