ok. right rear wheel cyl is leaking, i think, as the rear dual is COVERED in silicone. is the rebuild tough? or just buy a new one??

also, my fuel filters are so clogged the truck stalled today. the drain on the first filter had to be unclogged with a small straw! lots of black junk! when i change all the filters, is it going to require bleeding again?? do the "shells" just unscew? any pointers or tips?
