I have a line on 6, 55 gallon drums of form oil? And WMO mix. I am not sure how much of each? Can form oil be used? I'm told it's used on concrete forms to keep them from sticking. Anyone know if this can be used in a multifuel? Thanks. Jim

I would not use form oil at all. It is not really oil unless it is 30 years old. it is more of a wax/clay substance so it is environment friendly. Years ago form oil was just that, waste oil mixed with kero to thin it down. that is not allowed any more. The last time I bought real form oil it was like 14.00 per gallon.

I google'd it and the MSDS says it's vegtable oil. No matter what I get it will be let to settle, drawn from above the bottom, heated, filtered through 6 bags 100 to 1 micron, then filtered through 6, 1 micron bags, then through a water filter/separater so if it isn't usuable after all that then Dayum...lol. My concern would be very fine grit (dust) that could be sub-micron, but 'congeal' back into larger particles... or fall out of suspension and lay on the bottom of your fuel tank for later ingestion.
This stuff sounds like a centrifuge would be the best way to clean it.

I asked how they recovered it because something didnt seem to fit in my mind. I was told most of their guys wont take a partial barrel out onto the job site so they get left behind and then someone else dumps WMO into the barrels not knowing what is what. I have no idea. I have 6 drums of the stuff here but havent even looked into them yet. I want to see what the stuff looks like before I decide to use it or anything. Its not worth ther risk to me if its a questionable product . Thanks Jim

Its a real mixed bag of products. Some of the form-release agents are very waxy and I would not run in my Deuce. Others seem to be nothing more than Diesel fuel anyway. (I always just used Diesel fuel for form release anyway) But I would not risk using an unkown substance, without a real understanding of what I am putting in my truck, Just Me....
