Default centrifugal frustration

Hello All

Is anyone else having trouble buying a centrifuge?

I ordered one from one company. They had supply problems and could not fill the order, but they did return emails and phone calls.

I cancelled the order and ordered one from another company. Their centrifuge is past its ETA and they do not return emails or phone calls. (they did before I ordered it.)

Are these common problems?

thank you
Rodger

Don't you just hate going 'round and 'round with a business like that.

I've got my own cheapo centrifugal rig. It works, but could use some improvement. It's only good for a slow drip as well.

I used waterproof ducting tape to seal off the strainer section.

It does work...

Are you buying from a manufacturer or a middleman?

Since they will not communicate with you I would call my credit card company and do a chargeback.

There was a member on here selling them a while back.....maybe you should throw them some business to them.

My mistake. I confused this with another thread. My centrifuge is on its way. UPS tracking says the ETA is tomorrow.
