Does anyone have info on how you would hook up the electrical to an M-715 with a more modern military trailer like the M-101 series or even larger trailers like the M-105 series?

The intervehicular cables are mil standard from 1950 to present. In English, you just plug it in, it will work.

:ditto: If your M715 is still 24v and you get a M101 make sure the bulbs on the trailer are 24v bulbs. Some come with 12v bulbs in them.

On a side note did you paint that TJ or did you have a shop do it? Im thinking of going with OD paint on mine this summer. If you got any more pics of it you can PM me or start another thread on it. (there are quite a few Jeep guys on this site).

Oh, Welcome to SteelSoldiers.

Should be a just plug in and go.... Also a 105 tlr is too heavy for the m715 but guys do it. Alls good till time to stop it...... 105's have air brakes and made for duces. M101's are a perfect match
