On the back of the Carb next to the block, Is a small copper pipe that wraps around the engine, What is it? "The light's not good enough to see out there right now, and the flashlight just took a dump on me." Can it be disconnected and blocked Along with the old im guessing pipe that goe's from the front of the carb to the old Fuel pump? Im changing out Carb's and just want to cap everything thats not needed. Thanks, Nate
