Default M1030M1 JP8/Diesel Military Motorcycle

Didn't know where to put this so I 'll start here.
This is the marines new motorcycle.
http://www.dieselmotorcycles.com/models.htm
I was wondering if anyone had information on any other military motorcycles. I know they have been using them but these are the first JP8 ones.
They also have a civi model due out in The spring of 06, can't wait.

Being an old desert motocrosser, I gotta have one. The though of unloading that out in the Mojave from the back of my deuce in front of all the other bikes.............wow.

That is way cool. Thanks for the heads up.

See my Ebay Online Store for all your replacement decal needs.

In life, you only need 2 tools - WD-40 and Duct Tape.

If it doesn't move but should, use the WD-40.

If it should not move and does, use the duct tape.

These were highlighted on an episode of "Mail call". It showed the marines training on them at Camp Pendleton on the sandy beach. I think it said they have a 350 mile range, nearly twice as much as a gas model. Ive seen a cannibalized one on a pallet on GL out of Pendleton. I would love to have one, maybe I'll be trading in my WR450 next year!

Now I have a new "search" to look for at GL. Motorcycle

By the way did any of you (Djfreema in particular) catch the 3 - 1987 Dueces at Imperial Beach that closed yesterday?
They all went for around $5300.00 ea.

yeah Bomar I just got my news letter from HDT. Expensive sure, but it is a limited edition run of 200. For the most part it is a custom motorcycle.
