I just bought a 6v/40A Neg Ground genny from 'Zorkos' in Home, PA (google him). Brand new rebuild. He listed 10, I bought 1, so there should be 9 left.
Good luck on a water temp gauge...
Most of the parts you are looking for are easily found on e-bay (search CCKW).
I also have a list of CCKW parts sources:

you need to call Frank Rosenstiel. He has most CCKW stuff. He will send you a free catalog also. 1-705-437-3757.

Don't you have a wealth of parts at R.E.O.M.I.E.S and D. Van Dams B.V.
there just over the border in Holland ??
They're's others but they come to mind.
