PVC and a few minutes. I just could not justify the price of a kit. So 10 bucks or so and less than an hour it was done.

Yes it is 4" with a reducer for the air bonnet. I do not remember the reducer size but will look if you want.

You don't have to do that. It is not that hard to find out. I don't even have a truck yet, just putting up all the ideas for when I get mine. It looks really good.

If you decide to make one or something similar let me know. The brackets and straps to hold the tube up and to the exhaust I have a box full of, I will give you what you need.
The four inch bracket is nylon and the strap is stainless steel and it works great for this purpose.

The 90 coming out of the hood was on the truck when I got it. It is a four inch 90 degree exhaust part sold by Napa I believe.
