Garwood Hydraulic

I Know anyone restoring their wrecker isn't going to convert to hydraulic but does anyone have the hydraulic motor, specs..etc to convert a Garwood 10,000lb winch to Hydraulic. What is the RPM the PTO spins at going into it so I can determine the right motor. My boom has two Garwoods mounted on it but doesnt have motors yet, this is besides the 20,000. The boom head has been changed.
any info is appreciated.
for recovery are these the winches to keep or am I better to sell them and install some Ramsey/Warn..etc hydraulic winches
