Default 5 ton multi fuel engine in a deuce

how difficult is it to make the swap, and are there any preparations that will be need to either the engine or the transmission to make it all come together.

You have to reverse the oil pan, change the oil pump pickups, change the bell housing for a deuce housing, put on a deuce clutch assembly. I think the flywheels are the same, but I do not remember exactly. The starter is the same, just goes on the other side of the motor, but you will need to rotate the horn on the starter housing to different hole locations to correctly locate the solenoid to clear the block if I remember right. It is the same engine, just a few changes needed.

Regards Marti.
