im looking for a whole instrument sluster because my deuce doenst have one it if any one knows where i might be able to get one please let me know

I think I bought one from Jay at Saturn Surplus. About $15 IIRC. BTW, Welcome to the site!

Does that include all the gauges? It seems cheap to me if it does.

I have seen a few different sizes of instrument panels

No, just the sheetmetal that the gauges set in. I did buy all new gauges though, OE units were scratched, looked crappy.
