I searched but really didn't find an answer..

I know I can call surplus places and supporting vendors (which I would recomend of course!) but, in a pinch or if something is needed really quick can one go to the local Napa and get things like;

engine bearings/oil pump
water pump
air compressor and related parts
belts
hoses
clutch/pressure plate/throw out bearing
head gaskets and gaskets in general
brake parts
axle parts
ect...

anyone have any experience?

I have quite a few NOS parts to include belts, filter kits, heaters, rifle mounting kits, wheel seals, ect. I also have quite a few spare parts like air compressors and engine parts.
