Default Low engine speed lack of power

I am working on a converted m35a2 with a Multifuel engine and the no load engine speed is 1300 rpm. I found the fuel pressures here on this great site and I am checking them this afternoon. If fuel pressures are correct any suggestions?
thanks.

Make sure it's getting full throttle and make sure the shut off lever is all the way at the run position in the pump. Any large amounts of black smoke? Check the filter/housing, i've heard of rodents building nests in there.

Use the link below to download the LDS-465 troubleshooting manual from the TM section of steel soldiers. The manual was written by Continental Motors and has procedures for diagnosing the type of problem you have. It is written for the LDS-465 but the procedures should be the same for the LDT-465;
