Event Number box ?
On the EUC form in the box marked Event Number, Dou you put the event # only or Event # and lot #. This is my first and I'm a little confused.
Thanks
Randy

You put the event number only. You could buy 500 items in one event and only need to fill out one EUC.
If you use the online form, it will place the event number in the correct place.
