Default EUC turn arounds do get faster

After the first one they seem to get faster as a lot of people have said. My first one took almost 40 days, second one took 12 days and my last one from event 4721 took 3 days. Sent to BC on 10/5 and notified on 10/8. All of mine have been in the past 2 months.

Thats good to hear. My first was 43 days. Don't know if I could handle that kind of wait again.

I must be an exception, my 5th EUC has been at BC for almost 45 days. I'm also waiting for #6, but thats *only* been 18 days.

It also depends on the work load that GL has at the moment; # of sales and # of items on each sale that require the EUC (nation wide keep in mind). Once that log jam gets through GL it still has to get through BC, which gets nailed with the same workload that just came through GL.

NH have you tried to contact BC and verify that they got your EUC and that it hasn't been lost? I found that if you send a pleasent email to them simply asking to verify that they have it they will reply back.

2nd EUC just cleared in five days. I've heard lots of horror-stories about GL, but so far I've only had positive experiences dealing with them. Never have to wait long when I call with questions, and everybody that I've spoken to has been very pleasant and helpful.

From everything I've read on here, I thought once it went to BC the only thing I could do is wait. I don't even know how to contact BC, all I can find is GL's e-mail and customer service phone number, nothing on BC.
