Euc event number - Steel Soldiers::Military Vehicles Supersite

I just printed my EUC, and noticed that the event number block disappeared and in it's place is a statement box and a line item number box with the word "see attached" My event number is nowhere on my printed copy that I am to scan and send in. Is this right?

Your event number (just the first 4) should be at the top center.

If it is not, you'll want to go back to that step.
