Buffalo sighting south from Wisconsin?
I saw these newborn hulls coming south out of Wisconsin. They look like a bobbed Buffalo without the pickup bed in the back. Maybe someone can further ID them. I thought I'd take a few pics for those interested, to show the build up before armor.

RE: Buffalo sighting south from Wisconsin?
The couger is smaller than the buffalo and thats what those look like. There's a 4x4 and a 6x6
Couger . Looks like they'll be getting reactive armor from Israel (RAFAEL).

RE: Buffalo sighting south from Wisconsin?
Man, they look pretty boring without all the other parts. Looks like a turn-of-the century bathtub or something, like it's out of Wild Wild West.

They are a pair of PVI-Alpha tubs from Protected Vehicles... this looks like what I see when I go to their facility regularly - Note the lifting eye locations on the tubs vs. the Alpha photo. Also note the mounting hole locations of the armor plate system vs. the bosses on the tub...

PVI is using the Batelle ShieldAll armor system exclusively, as I understand...

Yup.
Very nice trucks, I doubt they'll replace the hummvee for all roles but they will for many front line jobs.
the armoured hummvee will still be king for a while.
I remember seeing quite a few buffalo's on I-10 going towards houston. On flatbeds.
