Default Buying New HMMWV Parts?

AM General's website states that Optimum Vehicle Logistics is their exclusive distributer of HMMWV parts and accessories in the Middle East.

They have bumper to bumper parts in their inventory.

Reading through OVL's website, I found no mention of restrictions on part sales like AM General have on their website where they clearly state that they do not sell to non-government entities.

OVL's website states that they are located in Dubai, but they can drop ship parts to you (in the Middle East) anywhere.

So, has anyone tried to order HMMWV parts from them through a local car dealer in Dubai, or Egypt or Jordan?

If, for example, a car dealer in Dubai can order the parts for you, all you have to do is then pick them up from that dealer, put them in a container and ship them stateside. I believe shipping rates range between $1,500 to $2,000 depending on size and weight.

I'm sure you could get parts somehow, the price you'll pay will make anyone but a Government entity faint.
