Default Leaky water pump

I can't beleave that a so call leader in power wagon supplies puts out a water pump like this. I put the pump on and all the small bolts on the back are leaking. I take it off the truck . The bolts are wet bolts that hold the back cover on and they dont even have silicone on them! So if you got a rebuilt pump and it's dripping thats why!

Mine didn't leak when I changed it, but I have seen it happen on others. I know that VPW has it listed as a tech tip in their catalog.
