Default t case rebuild

rebuilding my np 200, anybody have info? Ive ordered a new input shaft from memphis equipment and a master rebuild but want a manual or guide to go by any help would be great!!!

If you do not have the manual, it is not that easy to keep the propper torque and tollerance values. Look for to -34 Manual or the simmelar of the WC62/63 of 1944 or later. It is the same tansfer. Bearings are standard stuff from Timken, but not very cheep. Seals are standard stuff from CR. It is all catalouge standard as I learned during the last 28 years with a M715 as long it is transmission, transfer, axles, main brake parts, drive shafts and simelar. Do not heasitate to torture your NAPA or MOPAR parts dealer. Check also for industirel parts. You will find it with the part number given on the parts!

I know where there is some n.o.s. Trasfer cases for cheaper than you can rebuild your old one.
