The provided registration number is not normal. I suspect this vehicle was an A1 that went through rebuild and they used the old serial number as the registration number. That'll make it unique.

Sorry closest I have is 21913 but not 15. Has listed as 1968 as mfg date.

Your's must not have been entered into the database prior to DRMO.

At that time it went to the 147th Aviation ATS Co. Not sure what type of unit that is. they are located in Little Falls, MN. A little google search could probably clarify the type of unit. ATS (Air Transportation Service) never heard of that in official terms since the 1950s.

They are a Air Traffic Control type of deal at Airfields. Not many of them out there.
