At this time the vehicle was being transfered to the HHD 561st Corps Support Group (Rear). They were out of Nebraska but had a det in Atchison, KS. No record if it made it or not.
Update: After looking over this post again I went and dug out the title I got from the county. The title was issued to the Pottawatomie County Civil Defense on 5/14/79.
I think I know what I am going to hear, but hear goes anyway.

What you provided is the Defense Turn In Document information. It is of no value looking up the vehicle. You must have the serial number and if possible the registration number for me to get the specific vehicle information.
I do know the unit that turned this vehicle into DRMO was B Battery, 2nd Battalion, 116th Field Artillery of the Florida National Guard out of Dade City.
