hey I got this Prc -77 , and it will not transmit ,every thing else looks to work

It's probably missing the A40 module which is the transmission module. When they demil them they remove the A40 module and they are extremely expensive if you can find them.

Ok Ok sorry new guy with a Radio LOL
1. the Battery was bad , it showed 12.8V but on a load 3.2V
2. the H-250 is not working ??
3. NEW guy with radio LOL
ok now a have a question ?? when you are hooking up the H-250 what side dose it go on ?? L or R port

There is a guy that makes battery packs for them that take D cell batteries.

Looks like he also makes 12 volt cigarette lighter adapters for them also.
