Default Weekend at Bernie's - and his radios

For those into green radios, I had to share. I made a trip to Bernie M's place in Smyrna DE a couple months back. Great guy, for those who have been to Aberdeen, you have met him before. He showed me his ham radio shack in the barn, and my eyes about popped out of their sockets! Look at the condition and number of green radios that were stacked floor to ceiling, stem to stern, in his ham shack. Most of it was operational, most were hooked up and ready to go!

Wish I had a collection like this, maybe someday....

The last time I was at Aberdeen I had a spot next to his display. Was great to talk to.
