Need some info.

I keep trying to contact their office.
No one will answer the phone.
It goes to voice message.
Have left messages, but do not get called back.
Awful hard to set up a appointment.
Getting very upset. This is the third day now!
As my EUC/invoices came back all approved.
I need to get the item removed, by my son in law.
As they will be coming here, for Thanksgiving.
And he will have to take time off to get it.

Had my item removed from Elmendorf AFB, the same day.
Grant, is great to work with. (site manager)

Both invoices are from the same auction, but different locations.

Anyone have a different phone # or email address?

I had a similar problem with contacting the Fort Pickett, VA office. No answer and no voice mail. Contact GL Customer Service. They were able to eventually track down a phone number for me to the Richmond office who apparantly runs the Pickett office too. Good luck.

Finally got a hold of Anthony, on Friday.
I guess, they are very short handed too.
