No smoking and batteries
Does any of you have examples of signs or decals on any vehicle related to smoking and the charging of lead acid batteries?
As you know, these batteries may expel hydrogen gas when overcharged and cigarettes or open fires may present a hazard.

Bjorn, funny thing now is that they aren't really needed as you can't smoke hardly anywhere on base.

Right Jim, but the trucks get around, of course...and I'm talking vintage, ca 1972.
Thanks Brutus, I'm aware of Rick Larsen's stuff. The "Good driver" decal includes a no smoking (while driving), but no direct reference to the batteries...
