Default Olympic Flight Museum Military Show

OFM is hosting a military show and sale tomorrow, March 13, 2010.

This is a fundraiser event to help support their warbird museum. The location is at the OFM hangar at the Olympia Airport.

Time 1000 - 1600.

Admission $5.

They have done this for a few years and it is sometimes a good place to find those little items that you need to fill in a display with for your vehicles.

For further information please contact the Olympic Flight Museum.

Anyone PNW'ers end up going to this? It was too short notice for me. Had other plans that were solid.

Sorry for the last minute posting on this one. It is a good event that they have been doing for several years. There were about 25 vendors and a few people doing historical military displays.

The crowds are considerably lighter than we might expect at a gunshow or bigger military show, but you get a different group out for this event. It is housed in their museum hangar, so we spent the day along side a Cobra, Husky, and one of the recreated Jap zeros. Plus a few people brought vehicles, so there were two MB's, 1- CCKW, and a German motorcycle with sidecar.

Watch for it next year. They do it every March.
