Not to be a jerk.... but how hard is it to read on the MAIN page? I struggle with helping anyone who doesnt bother to pay any attention to what is staring them in the face.

This is how the main page shows up to anyone who is not logged in. The red box clearly shows how to contact for help.

Also... the info in the turqoise box is ALWAYS there. I usually respond to emails during normal business hours on weekdays.
