what is the proper procedure to post a pic that is already posted on the internet?

would just posting the link so the people have a chose of viewing or not-viewing the pic ok?

Rizzo, you can either post the link like you suggested, or 'download' it from the other site and upload it here. My main reason for doing it in this manner, is if the other site goes down, I want the pic still available. Space is not an issue for us. We have tons of it, so I am not worried about having too many or too much


What I have seen a couple people do, is post 2-3 teaser pictures directly here, and then include a link to their album elsewhere.
