Inspection, Ft Screven, Tybee Island GA.

Could somebody in the area do an inspection on a piece of artillery our historic preservation group (Firelands Military Vehicle Group, a 501 c 3 not for profit, see our website at: www.firelandsmilitaryvehiclegroup.com )has to move from Fort Screven to Sandusky, Ohio. We need to know if the wheel nuts are welded to the studs. Its sitting on blocks currently so we hope the wheels turn so we can get it up on the transport. Apparently they're changing what the fort displays to original vintage stuff and an 8 in gun from WWII doesn't fit their profile so its coming here for display at the veterans home. We just need to know what we need to bring with the "work party" to get it ready to load, and how much time we'll need before the truck shows up to haul it. Thanks
