fmtv electrical problems, hi low idle

got a new ltas m1078a1p2, got gremlins. hi low engine idle switch, doesnt work. switch is good. also engine brake doesnt work either, switch. are these two switches tied together somewhere. we switched out the main module number 4 under dash on passenger side with a known good one, cleaned grounds under dash. we cant find any where as far as troubleshooting for these 2 symptons in our tms. we do not have access to a ietm so thats no good. this is a technician asking these questions

also getting power to switches, all fuses are good and relays

The warm up isnt working and the high low idle wasnt working, this was with it parked. After sometime we found some schematics for the electrical side, we diagnosed it to be the transmission ecu under passenger kick panel, we swapped it out with a known good one, and problem fixed. Now couple more problems, and were good to go. Thanks for all input.
