sometimes you see the oddest things

I went on a weekend vacation to Branson, MO this weekend. I saw a few
mil-vehicles here and there. I snapped pics of all that I saw. Yeah, it
drove my girl friend nuts, I would drive down the road and stop, back
up because I saw somehting that struck my eye. Well, this thing
certainly did! I was driving down 76 highway, the main "strip" in branson, I
looked down a side street, and saw the most odd thing I have ever seen.
It appears to be the main part of some sort of an aircraft hull, sitting
on some sort of truck chassis. I just had to share this with ya'll

Yea, I think I saw that on Ebay awhile ago...I think it was from a movie..

Yep.. been on ebay a couple times recently... It was in "Tank Girl"

He he, Tank Girl. Now THAT was a cheesy movie if I ever saw one. Interesting truck. Guarantee the town board will pass an ordinance demanding it be scrapped ASAP.

The front fenders and grille look like from the old halftracks.

I would love to get the specs/drawings for that highly sophisticated bumper mounted fueling system!
