Anyone here from Flat Rock?

I've received request for assistance from 2 different people regarding
keeping MV's in the city of Flat Rock, Michigan.
At this point I have no facts, and one side of the story.
I am over 3 hours away from that town & could use assistance from someone local

Thanks!

Some of Flatrock's ordinances;
OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADING
City of Flat Rock Zoning Ordi
nance Page 4-3 September, 2010
A
RTICLE 4.00
Residential Parking.
Off-street parking spaces in residential districts shall consist of a
parking strip, driveway, garage, or combination thereof, and shall be located on the premises
they are intended to serve. No parking sha
ll be permitted on lawns or other unpaved areas
on residential lots, with the exception of approved parking areas, nor shall parking be
permitted on or across sidewalks. Paved ar
eas for parking shall not exceed thirty-five
percent (35%) of the total area of the front yard.
One (1) commercial vehicle may be parked on each lot in residential districts. Any such
vehicle shall have a total of no more than six
(6) wheels with up to four (4) wheels per axle.
Furthermore, any such vehicle shall be stored in
a garage. Parking or storage of semi-trailers
shall be prohibited within residential districts

This leaves the question of what they consider a "commercial vehicle".
They may also have weight and length restrictions on residential streets . Here in saginaw trucks are limited to 5 tons or 22 feet on most residential streets , so a deuce at 14,000 pounds is not permited .
