As far as I can tell, the couplings your after were some goofy GM only thing.

This guy just cut them off, flanged the aluminum and used a regulat compression fitting.(edit: goofed the URL but you get the idea: cut tube, flare it and use compression fitting with proper adapters for your application)

If you really really need an adapter, you can try this guy: http://www.lubricationspecialist.com/gm-6.5td/6.6l-diesel/96-and-earlier-6.5td-oil-cooler-lines/

Not sure if his kits work wtih a 6.2 but might be worth an email to see if he could just sell you some couplings.

Or just use your aftermarket oil cooler. The factory one is just one bend of metal tube behind the fan shroud. There's no water-oil heat exchange or fins on the oil path back there.

Assume you taling about the ATF ??? if so use it as an after cooler.. on the return side trany line.
I think the line of thought, putting all the coolers in one radiator, was trany and engine oil would help bring the engine up to operating temp quicker.. however the trans runs alot hotter than engine and ect..
