I been quiet, refurbing another M109A3. I really have not had time to get on as much. I am still very active. I have come across the recent MVPA notice on ending surplus and today a store out of NC about a Rare Classic 1985 Land Rover being seized by DHS for violation of Clean Air Act. In the notice from MVPA on the Surplus Ending they cited the same Clean Air Act violation, they also addressed that most engines have a plate stating they are compliant or non-compliant. Can anybody shed a little more light on this subject. Are we exempt from the Clean Air Act?
