I collected my heater kit over a period of several years from various sources. There is an add in the MVPA Supply Line that may help you. Here is the contact information: Leo in Ohio (USA), 440-949-8767. No email, just a phone number. His add says he has "cab heater with defroster kit, $450." He might have what you are looking for.

NOS M37 Heater Kit

I have a NOS kit (still in boxes) complete with all duct work and hoses for $450 plus actual shipping costs.

I have a NOS kit too. I don't think it is all there but who knows.

I will ask. It belongs to my dad who was buying things to restore a m37. but it never happened.
He also has a NOS fording kit. cucv sided with seats , many other stuff and a 53 m37 with pto for a winch. I am sure he would sell everything. it is all in So. Calif.

he said 400. that is what he paid. Has everything but the ducting and fuel lines. I don't know if that is a good price or not.
