FMTV Pintle hook question

I need a favor. I need to remove the pintle hook from my M-1078 in order to install a ball hitch so I can tow a car dolly.

My truck is currently in WV and I'm in Ohio. Can someone please measure the distance between the bolts that hold on the pintle hook?

Is your end game to remove the pintle and attach a ball hitch in it's place? If so better do some measuring, the rear crossmember is way up in the air and car dollies seem to be intolerant of being pulled out of level.
