LDS in M35

Was needing to know if there were any other mods other than reversing the oil pan and sump pump on the LDS engine to get it into the M35A2 duece?
Any info will be greatly appreciated as i have found a LDS engine but was needing to know from the experts here if there were any major mods for such a transplant.
