FS M715 body and engine? in Eastern TN

I drove past this truck on the way home from work. So I stopped for a look. It is a M715, the engine is out but the faded sign says he has the engine. The price is listed at $3750. The floor has some holes in it and the body is rough. Bed is solid.

It does have potential, but... Wow.

Mine is in better condition with tons of new parts and RUNS and I'll sell for less than that. The above is a great start for a repower setup, and they are stout trucks, but he is cracked if he wants more than $1500 for that.
