Old Warbird-can't identify

Happened to catch this plane at local airport yesterday. Snapped a few pics and was driving away then saw pilot getting in. Snapped a few pics of him putting on his parachute through the chain link fence. Then managed to repark and get a few of startup and heading out. None of takeoff-too far away for camera.

Interesting. Appears to have been used as a trainer and all of the controls are pneumatic.
